Reservations Terms and Conditions
All rates in this website are net, non commissionable, and subject to change without previous
notification. Costa Rica Tour Site has the right to change or adjust any rate if necessary.
Rates include all items specified in each activity or tour.
All the rates in this website apply to individual travelers. Rates for groups must be
requested by our clients via fax or e-mail.
Cancellations or "no show"
Our costumers must make the payments for the activities using paypal, making a deposit or cash transfer to our international bank accounts, or using
a credit card. We accept all major credit cards. Costa Rica Tour Site has the right to cancel any reservation, if
the client does not comply with the payment conditions agreed.
All cancellations must be sent by the costumer in writing via fax or e-mail.
Our costumers will then receive a note sent by Costa Rica Tour Site via fax or e-mail,
stating that the reservation has been cancelled, and showing the cancellation number.
Our costumers will be responsible for payment of any penalty if he/she does not have the
cancellation in writing sent by Costa Rica Tour Site, stating that the reservation has been
cancelled and containing the cancellation number.
In case of no show of a passenger after a service has been confirmed, Costa Rica Tour Site
will charge the costumer the total amount of the service confirmed. Now, in case that
passenger has future activities with Costa Rica Tour Site and sends a written request,
Costa Rica Tour Site will try to cancel those services and return any amount.
This will be subject to the cancellation policies of the supplier.
Costa Rica Tour Site will not accept any claim for services provided, after 30 days of the
date that the tour or activity took place.
